Invalid Sample cursor If Snappic shows this error message while rendering the video, you will need to format the SD card.  1. Follow the steps below to format the SD card using a GoPro: 1. Ensure the SD card is in the camera and the camera is powered on 2. Swipe down on the touch display (Hero 11/10/9 Black, swipe left after swiping down) 3. Tap [Preferences] 4. Scroll to the bottom and tap [Reset] 5. Tap [Format SD Card] 6. Tap [Format] 7. Restart the GoPro 2. Follow the steps below to format the SD card using a Canon R Series DSLR: 1. Ensure the SD card is in the camera and the camera is powered on 2. Press the [Menu] button 3. Navigate to the [Settings] tab, then select [1] 4. Select [Format Card] 5. Tap [OK]

If using a power adapter, plug the USB-C into the Power Port on the Glambot®  1. Connect the Coiled USB-C to USB-C cable into the camera data port and the Glambot® data port 1. Connect the iPhone/iPad into the Glambot data port and turn the camera on 1. Open Snappic and Select your event 1. Tap [Select Accessories] and choose [Volume Buttons]  1. Tap [Configure Camera] and select [EOS R8] *note: it doesn’t matter which EOS R8 selection you choose, they will all work the same.  1. Tap [Start Photo Booth] and tap the Live Preview Rotation left arrow once if filming portrait, then tap [Start Booth] 1. You’re Glambot® is now ready to begin filming!

Plug the USB-C cable into the GoPro and iPhone/iPad (Ensuring all connection points are securely connected on the Glambot® as well) 20. The Screen on the GoPro should display [USB Connected] 21. Open Snappic and select your event 22. Scroll down and tap [Select Accessories] then select [Volume Buttons] and tap [Done] 23. Tap [Configure Camera] then [Search for GoPro Camera] 24. Confirm the connection shows [Wired] and select your GoPro camera 25. Tap [Start Photo Booth] 26. Configure Video and Slowmo settings, then tap [Start Booth] 27. Tap [Video] and then select the time edit that best matches your desired Glambot® path 28. On the Glambot motion control web app, navigate to the advanced settings tab and confirm the connection type is set to [USB] 29.
