If the wrist stops operating properly and displays a communication error, it's because the wrist disconnected during operation.
Check the USB cable connection to the CPU and restart the system. If the error persists, proceed to check the USB connection to the wrist board (located inside the tower on the lower left of the back wall). If connected, the red LED on the board will be lit. Restart the system.
For E13 wrist 1 error: Follow the steps below
Ensure all assembly related cables are properly connected:
Cable 21 connection from Wrist Motor to Arm 2 connector panel
Cable 19 connection to Arm 1 connector panel
Cable 4/5 connection from power supply
Cable 3 connection to power strip
USB cable connection to CPU
Restart the system
If the error persists, proceed to check connections to the wrist board (located inside the tower on the lower left of the back wall)
If 2x red LEDs are on, check that the output cables are connected. If any connection is corrected at any point, restart the system.
Cable 19 connection to the arm board
Jumper cable within board from clear USB hub to board mounted connectors
If only the upper right LED is on, check that micro USB cable connection to the wrist board. If connected, a red LED on board shall be on.
If only the lower right LED is on, check the power inputs to the Wrist Board. If either case is corrected the red LED on board shall be on.
Cable 18 power connection to Wrist Board.
Confirm the power switch on the Wrist Board is in the ‘ON’ position (shown by the “dot” on the switch being selected).
For E13 wrist 2 error: check the cable 22 connections at the wrist 1 motor and wrist 2 motor
For E13 wrist 3 error: check the cable 23 connections at the wrist 2 motor and wrist 3 motor
