If the GoPro cannot be found or is only showing as a wireless connection, there are three most likely causes.
MOST COMMON: The cable is charge-only. Ensure that the cable used to connect to the GoPro is a data transfer cable and not a charge-only cable. Once the GoPro is powered on and connected using a data cable, it will show a [USB Connected] message on the screen when plugged in. Refresh Snappic, tap configure camera, scroll down and tap search for GoPro camera, and verify that the connection now shows wired

The GoPro is not properly paired. To Connect the GoPro to a device running video editing software:
Unplug the USB cable from the GoPro
Swipe down on the touch display (Hero 11/10/9 Black, swipe left after swiping down)
Tap [Preferences]
Tap [Wireless Connections]
Set [Wireless Connections] to ON
Tap [Connect Device]
Tap [GoPro Quik App]
Install/Open the GoPro Quik App on the video editing device
Navigate to the [GoPro] Tab
Tap [Connect a GoPro]
Tap [Connect Camera]
Reconnect the USB cable between the GoPro and the iPhone (Or other video editing device)
The GoPro should now display [USB Connected] and show up as a wired connection
If there is still no wired connection, try unplugging, and replugging it in while Scanning for a camera
The GoPro may not be fully compatible. Ensure you are using a GoPro Hero 10 or newer. Hero 9 only supports a wireless connection.
